Artisan Consulting Engineers LLC, prepared a site layout plan detailing the limits of construction and proposed site civil improvements.

The site plan included easements, setbacks, building location, existing and proposed parking pavement, ADA compliant (IL Accessibility Code compliant) sidewalk design, existing and proposed pavement markings, turning movement analysis for delivery truck, adjacent streets building access points, and vehicle directional signage and ADA signage.

The site grading plans included all necessary spot grades and contours to properly drain the site. The plans provided storm sewer design as required by local and state agencies, and discharge to an available outlet for the property. This plan included all proposed entry locations for sanitary sewer, water service, gas, electric, and telephone. Artisan coordinated with the Architect on building entry points and design improvements for this facility up to within 5’ of the building face.
